Holiday Deadlines for US orders:

Made-to-Order Jewelry:

Monday 11/17 | guaranteed holiday delivery

Monday 12/1 | (no guarantee, but we'll try out best!) holiday delivery

Ready to Ship Jewelry:

Wednesday 12/17 | guaranteed holiday delivery

11/17 was the deadline for made-to-order jewelry with 12/24 arrival. Orders placed by 12/1 will be produced in the order they are received. We cannot guarantee holiday delivery, but well try our best! For any questions, please email us at hello@casualseance.com

Processing

Processing time depends on what you order. Our jewelry is either in stock (ready to ship or made to order. Unless marked as ‘ready to ship’ (located above the add to bag button) all jewelry is made to order.

  • In stock (ready to ship) jewelry ships within 5 business days from the date of purchase. 
  • Made to order jewelry with gemstones or inlay ships 4-8 weeks from the date of purchase. 
  • Made to order jewelry without gemstones or inlay (such as wedding bands) ships 2-3 weeks from the date of purchase. 
  • One of a kind jewelry that needs to be resized ships 4-6 weeks from the date of purchase.

Shipping

We offer complimentary standard shipping (1-5 business days) for domestic jewelry orders via UPS Ground. Additional domestic shipping options include 2-day and overnight service.

International orders are sent via UPS Worldwide Expedited (2-5 business days).

You are responsible for customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other local charges.  These fees are out of our control as they are set by customs authorities and differ with each country.

Domestic purchases valued at over $500 and all international orders will require a signature for delivery.

Returns

Ready-to-ship jewelry may be returned within five days of receipt for store credit.

For your protection, please insure your return shipment for the full purchase amount. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipment.

International + Custom Jewelry orders are not eligible for return.

If you purchased a piece of jewelry through one of our retailers, it must be returned to the store in question and subject to that individual store’s policies.
