Our favourite question! Just like our rings, all hands are one of a kind. If you are unsure of your size, we recommend visiting a local jeweler. You can also purchase a ring sizer here, which we will refund the price of on any future purchase (because, why not!)
Below are some casual facts, tips and tricks on figuring out your ring size for our one half and rainbow ring:
+ Fingers can shrink and swell up to half a size depending on the weather, time of day, and what you eat.
+ Our one half and rainbow rings have a horseshoe shaped band, this allows a little extra room, so you don’t have to worry too much about the finger swelling and shrinkage.
+ If you usually wear a size 6, a size 5.5, 6 or 6.5 will likely fit well - the magic of the horseshoe!
+ If you have larger knuckles and sometimes experience difficulty putting on wider rings, our rainbow rings' negative space makes it very easy to get over your knuckle!
One of a kind jewelry will include the size in the product description. We are able to resize most rings, however some designs have a limited range to ensure the stability of the piece. We offer complimentary standard shipping (5-7 business days) for domestic jewelry orders via UPS Ground. Additional domestic shipping options include 2-day and overnight service.
Yes! Before placing your order please email firstname.lastname@example.org to coordinate local pickup at our Brooklyn studio, or delivery within the five boroughs. Please note, same day delivery is not always possible, but we will do our best!
Yes! International orders are sent via UPS Express (2-5 business days).
Yes, any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other local charges are your responsibility. These fees are out of our control as they are set by custom authorities, and differ with each country.

The basis of our business is to design jewelry that is 100% committed to utilizing environmental, ethical and socially sustainable materials. When we introduce a new design our hope is to detail the origins of the materials. This takes a lot of footwork, know-how, and asking tough questions.

Nope! All gold jewelry is made of solid gold, so you do not have to worry about any wear and tear associated with gold plated jewelry.
All Casual Seance jewelry is cast from sterling silver or solid gold. These fine materials are naturally resilient for everyday wear, but require attention and upkeep to remain at their finest. We recommend removing jewelry when dealing with cleaners, cosmetics, or any chemicals (including swimming pools) as a general rule.
Silver jewelry is subject to tarnish and oxidation. To prevent this, be sure to store your silver jewelry in an airtight place where it can’t be affected by humidity. Avoid wearing silver jewelry in any mineral pools. To remove tarnish or oxidization, use silver polish and a microfiber cloth.
On higher price point pieces, such as engagement rings, we recommend personal jewelry insurance from Jewelers Mutual.

Depending on the complexity of your project the process from beginning to end will take 6-10 weeks.

Of course! Personalizing an existing design is a great starting point for your one of a kind piece.
One of the most sustainable ways we can produce jewelry for you is by using stones passed down through generations - sustainable and sentimental!
Our entire process — including gemstone selection and design — can be done remotely. We can even send you a 3D-printed model of your custom piece to try on before production.
Ready to ship jewelry may be returned within 7 days of receipt for store credit.
Eligible items must be returned with their original packaging, in perfect, unworn condition, and store credit will be issued upon receipt. To return or exchange an item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
For your protection, please insure your return shipment for the full purchase amount. Kindly note that we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit back to us.
Custom orders are not eligible for return. Due to the finite nature of the materials used, and the high level of craft needed to create each piece, we ask that you carefully consider your order before making your final selection.
If you purchased a piece of jewelry through one of our retailers, it must be returned to the store in question and subject to that individual store’s policies
RETURNS + WARRANTY
Casual Seance jewelry is promised to be free of defects. If your piece of jewelry is defective under normal wear please reach out to email@example.com to inquire about its repair. This warranty does not apply to final sale, or limited edition pieces, and cannot be transferred if ownership of the item in question changes.
Casual Seance is not responsible for breakage due to wear and tear, nor the replacement of any natural stones that have been broken or lost due to breakage.
